Synthetic Data in PhysioBank

This section of the PhysioBank archives contains collections of synthesized data with known characteristics. These can be useful for studying the properties of methods of time series analysis.

The following databases of synthesized data are currently available:

• Surrogate Data with Correlations, Trends, and Nonstationarities. Surrogate stationary time series with varying degrees of correlations, trends of several types, and various types of nonstationarities.
